OPERATION HALO SHIELD

Fortified Construction Group and Operation Halo Shield are united by a shared mission of service and resilience. Fortified, a veteran-owned construction and compliance firm, delivers precision and discipline in demolition, abatement, and specialty projects, while Operation Halo Shield—founded by Eric Langill—extends that same Marine Corps ethos into school safety and community protection. Together, they reflect a commitment to excellence both in the built environment and in safeguarding the communities we serve. Fortified provides the operational strength and credibility, while Operation Halo Shield channels that foundation into a national model for veteran-led resilience, starting here in New Hampshire.

THE MISSION BETWEEN US

Fortified Construction Group and Operation Halo Shield are bound by a mission of service, resilience, and community protection. Fortified, a veteran-owned construction and compliance firm, not only delivers precision in demolition and specialty projects but also channels its resources into meaningful impact by donating the full value of all scrap metal and salvaged items recovered from its projects directly to Operation Halo Shield. Operation Halo Shield, founded by Eric Langill, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to safeguard America’s educational institutions and protect the children who shape our future. This partnership ensures that every project Fortified undertakes contributes to a larger purpose—transforming construction byproducts into funding for school safety initiatives, emergency readiness programs, and veteran-led community resilience. Together, Fortified and Operation Halo Shield exemplify how disciplined operations and nonprofit service can unite to build stronger, safer communities.
